Join Tawni and guest teacher, Autumn, for our 3rd annual Baja retreat, with new offerings, adventures and practices. Still prioritizing connection, rest, and exploration, we will be expanding our time on the mat to include dedicated asana workshops focused on building a strong foundation for arm balances, inversions and intelligent alignment.

Integrating different movement modalities like mobility, functional movement and somatic exercises, you will build strength, refine your practice, and re-pattern the mind, body & nervous system.

Approach

Through a modern approach to yoga asana you will be invited to meet yourself as you are, creating space for a quiet mind, a calm nervous system and to continue your path of self discovery.

The intention of this retreat is to take a meaningful pause—to observe habitual patterns, reflect, and rewire to find alignment. Together, we’ll explore how to move and live in a way that feels good and honor both the rich lineage of yoga and the unique needs of your individual body needs.

• Day Trip To Espiritu Santo Island to swim with sea lions, snorkel & explore deserted beaches
