Join Kelly to learn the fundamentals of taking your yoga practice upside down!
This workshop is intended to help you deconstruct the most common inversions in yoga, understand the anatomy of the poses, and the precision of strength and balance required in these shapes. Expect to leave with a deeper understanding of postures, anatomy, preparatory drills, and knowledge of how to scale the poses to meet you exactly where you are in your practice.
This workshop is structured to include lots of time for preparatory poses, workshop style learning, questions, discussion and partner work! You’ll also leave with a list of drills to keep your practice building at home. This practice is accessible to all levels.
