Collectively, for purposes of the Policy, the Studio, Website, and App are referred to as the “Services”. By providing your Personal Data to us, you are consenting to this Privacy Policy and the collection, use, access, transfer, storage, and processing of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor child and you provide the minor child’s Personal Data to us, you are consenting on your behalf and on behalf of your minor child to this Privacy Policy and the collection, use, access, transfer, storage, and processing of your minor child’s Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Website and App or interacting with us offline, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and to our Terms and Conditions, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes.
